“2014外国友人眼中的百姓中国梦”摄影文化活动邀请函

北京在发生着日新月异的变化,我们邀请在京及海内外的外国朋友感受北京的变化,体会北京人的梦想和追求,拿起手中的相机,参加到外国友人眼中的百姓中国梦摄影文化活动中来。

现将活动有关事项通知如下:

一、参赛条件

1、参赛资格:非中国籍人士

2、主题:外国友人眼中的百姓中国梦

1)可拍摄美丽北京一年四季的自然风貌,京城新地标、老字号,历史文化景观及设施建设,老街整容恢复旧景观和老模样,旧货市场寻宝,民间绝活儿;

2)丰富多彩的北京文化活动,群众参与的戏剧演出,社区里的文化生活;

3)高新技术的开发与创新,基础设施建设与发展,现代新城建设,新农村和城镇化建设,环保活动;

4)北京的百姓生活,敬老院里欢乐多,和谐邻里一家人,工人的生产或生活场景,北京的特色农业和农户,京郊农家乐。

3、作品要求

1)作品内容必须真实,符合比赛主题。参赛作品黑白、彩色,单幅、组照均可。可以适当调整显示效果。不得做合成、添加等技术处理。禁止任何歪曲作品真实性的操作。参赛作品应为近几年新作。数码作品作者不得修改投稿作品的原始信息。

2)作品须为数码格式的JPEG文件(胶片作品请转换为电子格式),单幅文件大小不小于18 MB。单幅、组照作品投稿数量不限。每幅组照限4张作品。

3)所有参赛作品必须为参赛作者原创并拥有著作权,不得抄袭、拷贝、仿冒。参赛作品凡涉及肖像权、名誉权、著作权等引发的法律问题及责任,均由参赛者本人承担。

4)凡投稿的作者,均视为同意并遵守以上各条规定。不符合参赛要求的作品,一经发现将取消参赛资格。

四、奖项设置

来稿截止后,组委会将邀请有关专家组成评审小组进行评选,初评选出300幅入围佳作后,经复选评出50幅获奖作品,再从中分别评出一等奖、二等奖、三等奖和优秀奖。

一等奖2名:奖金10000

二等奖4名:奖金5000

三等奖8名:奖金3000

优秀奖36名:奖金500

2014“Chinese Dream in the Eyes of Foreign Friends” Photo Contest

Invitation

As Beijing develops rapidly, we invite foreign friends to participate in the 2014 “ChineseDream in the Eyes of Foreign Friends” Photo Contest to witness Beijing’s greatchanges and reflect the dreams and pursuits of the people of Beijing.

Detailedinformation about the photo contest is as follows:

I.Rules on the Photo Contest

1.Qualifying criteria for participants: people of non-Chinese nationality

2. Theme:The Chinese Dream in the Eyes of Foreign Friends

(1)Participants may shoot Beijing’s beautiful scenery, new landmarks,time-honoured stores, historical and cultural sights, renovated ancientstreets, antiques in antique markets, and folk performances.

(2)Participants may picture Beijing’s colourful cultural activities, plays andoperas performed by the people of Beijing, and the cultural life of residentialareas.

(3)Participants may depict high-tech development and innovation, infrastructureconstruction and development, construction of new towns, new rural and urbanconstruction, and environmental-protection activities.

(4)Participants may reflect the lifestyles of Beijing’s residents, including thelifestyles of the elderly, neighbours living in harmony, and workers’ manufacturingor living conditions. They may also depict the distinctive features of Beijing’s agriculture and its rural households, and rural tourism in Beijing’s suburbanareas.

3. Requirements for photos

(1)Contents of any entry shall be real and accord with the theme of the photocontest. Back-and-white and colour photos, single photos and groups of photosare all acceptable. Photos can be appropriately adjusted. Synthesizing, addingor other technical processing of photos is not allowed though. Any operation todistort the authenticity of the photos is prohibited. Photos must be new workstaken in recent years. The original contents of the digital photos must not bemodified.

(2)Any photo submitted should be a JPEG file (film works must be transformed intothis electronic format). Each JPEG file should be no less than 18 MB. No limitis set on the number of single photos or groups of photos submitted. However,each group of photos should have no more than 4 photos.

(3)All entries must be original and have copyrights. They shall not beplagiarized, copied or counterfeited. Photo contributors will take fullresponsibility for any legal dispute involving portrait rights, rights ofreputation and copyrights relating to the entries.

(4)All photo contributors are deemed to have agreed to comply with all of theabove requirements. Upon discovery, any entry failing to meet the saidrequirements will be disqualified.

IV.Prizes

Anexpert panel of judges will evaluate submitted photos. Three hundred outstandingphotos will be selected during the initial evaluation. The panel will then selectthe best 50 photos from this set of 300 photos as prize winners:

Firstprize: 2 contributors, 10,000 yuan per contributor

Secondprize: 4 contributors, 5,000 yuan per contributor

Thirdprize: 8 contributors, 3,000 yuan per contributor

Awardof excellence: 36 contributors, 500 yuan per contributor

VII.Rights of the Organizing Committee and the Participants

(1)The Organizing Committee of the photo contest has the perpetual and unlimited rightto use the photos submitted in exhibitions and publications for public welfare.

(2)Any responsibility involving copyrights, portrait rights and the rights ofreputation related to submitted photos shall be borne by the relevant photographersparticipating in the photo contest.

(3)The Organizing Committee reserves the right of final explanation on thesematters.
